Brew Recipe

  • Coffee: 50g
  • Water: 800g
  • Brew Time: 5–6 Minutes
  • Grind Size: Medium-Coarse

Method

  1. Fold and place the Chemex filter, then rinse with hot water.
  2. Add 50g of freshly ground coffee.
  3. Pour 100g of water to bloom the coffee for 30–45 seconds.
  4. Slowly pour the remaining water in steady circular pours until you reach 800g.
  5. Allow the coffee to fully draw down.
  6. Remove the filter, swirl gently, and serve.

How to Brew with a 3 Cup Moka Pot

What You’ll Need

  • 3 Cup Moka Pot
  • Freshly Ground Coffee
  • Hot Water
  • Hob/Stovetop

Brew Recipe

  • Coffee: 15–18g
  • Water: Fill to the safety valve
  • Grind Size: Fine-Medium

Method

  1. Fill the bottom chamber with hot water up to the safety valve.
  2. Add ground coffee to the filter basket and level it off — do not tamp.
  3. Assemble the Moka Pot tightly.
  4. Place on medium heat with the lid open.
  5. Once coffee begins flowing into the top chamber, reduce the heat slightly.
  6. Remove from heat when the brewing sound begins to sputter.
  7. Stir and serve immediately.

  • Paper Filter
  • Freshly Ground Coffee
  • Hot Water (85–92°C)
  • Scales & Timer

Brew Recipe

  • Coffee: 15g
  • Water: 250g
  • Brew Time: 1:30–2 Minutes
  • Grind Size: Medium-Fine

Method

  1. Insert and rinse the paper filter.
  2. Add 15g of coffee to the AeroPress.
  3. Pour in 250g of hot water and stir gently.
  4. Insert the plunger and wait 1 minute.
  5. Slowly press for 20–30 seconds.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

8 Cup Recipe

  • Coffee: 50g
  • Water: 850g
  • Brew Time: 4 Minutes
  • Grind Size: Coarse

Method

  1. Add coffee to the cafetière.
  2. Pour in hot water and stir gently.
  3. Place the lid on without pressing down.
  4. Brew for 4 minutes.
  5. Slowly press the plunger down evenly.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
